Macedonia expects to receive the draft negotiating framework in June, while the annual report has been postponed for September, according to Deputy PM for European Affairs Bujar Osmani. After 3 June, the draft will be considered in the frames of COELA, where national positions will be presented. As he added, there might be certain influence at the level of the Commission. “However, I expect the European Commission will present a neutral stand,” the Deputy PM explained. The Deputy PM expects Macedonia to start membership negotiations in autumn.
