Public Prosecutor Gavril Bubevski, former SPO member now part of the Skopje Public Prosecutor’s Office has tested positive for COVID-19. In the notification from the court, they say that due to the announced absence of the competent prosecutor, Tuesday’s trial in the Monster case will be postponed, and the next hearing is scheduled for the end of August, for which the parties will be notified in time. Bubevski had two trials with prosecutor Fatime Fetai last week, because of which she will be in isolation in the next period. There are also delays in the Appellate Court over the coronavirus infection of several judges and technical staff.
