The leaders of SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE Zoran Zaev and Hristijan Mickoski continued with the promotion of their party programs on Thursday. SDSM leader Zaev promises opening of 80 percent of negotiations with the European Union within the next 4 years and finalization of the overall process by 2026. SDSM VP, Radmila Sekerinska, during a rally in Rostuse stated that Merkel’s statement given Wednesday is reaffirmation of the country being on the right track. On the other hand, VMRO-DPMNE’s Mickoski met with the Confederation of Free Trade Unions where he promised greater social dialogue between them and the Government in the future, if the opposition is elected to power. Constituency list carriers from both parties also visited municipalities throughout the country, promoting their programs.
