Administrative Court Rejects All Lawsuits Filed by Levica

The Administrative Court of Macedonia (ACM) has rejected all 101 lawsuits filed by the political party Levica in relation to the 2020 parliamentary election. Levica, as well as other political parties, filed lawsuits to ACM after the complaints they filed to the State Electoral Commission (SEC) for recount of the votes cast in the parliamentary election were all rejected. Previously ACM also rejected 75 lawsuits filed by the Alliance for Albanians, one filed by Integra and one filed by a citizen for alleged violation of their voting rights. The Court is yet to process and make decisions about the lawsuits filed by the political parties VMRO-DPMNE, Demokrati, Moro Worker’s Party and the alliance “Never North, Only Macedonia”. Once ACM processes all lawsuits, SEC will publish the official election results.
