Pompeo: We Welcomed North Macedonia as 30th NATO Member-state

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo mentioned during the celebration of the 231^st anniversary of the US Department of State the integration of Macedonia in NATO as one of the great successes of the US international policy. “This milestone is an opportunity to reflect on the essential role of US diplomacy in advancing the interests, security, and economic prosperity of the American people. We welcomed North Macedonia as the 30^th NATO member and released our plan to implement the US Strategy on Women, Peace, and Security,” Pompeo said. In his speech, Pompeo also referred the COVID-19 pandemic, stating that the US provided over 1.5 billion dollars to its partners all over the world.
