PM Zaev Hands over Mandate Letters to New Ministers in Government

PM Zoran Zaev handed over the mandate letters to the newly elected ministers in the Government of Macedonia. Zaev addressed all ministers, saying that they must do their best to serve the citizens and meet their needs, regardless of ethnicity, age, gender, religion, race or sexual orientation. “In the parliamentary elections held in July, the citizens of the Republic of North Macedonia elected us to continue to move the country forward. They entrusted us with their vote and it is our duty during the four-year term to provide a better life for them, a life they would want for themselves and their loved ones. I expect the ministers while performing their duties and implementing the government’s work program for the next four years to be engaged unreservedly with full professional commitment. We also must not forget that everyone is replaceable, and that this fact should serve as an additional motivation for us to work even harder for the greater good of the citizens,” Zaev told the ministers.
