On Wednesday, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski held a meeting with the Head of the EU Delegation, Ambassador David Geer. They discussed the political situation in Macedonia. Mickoski also presented his party’s main priorities. The opposition leader criticised the Government’s economic policies. “EU Ambassador Geer was informed also of the degree of crime in Macedonia. Mickoski highlighted that crime and corruption in the country were at a high level, while justice was selective, that is, only people from the opposition were tried,” VMRO-DPMNE said in the press-release. According to Mickoski, VMRO-DPMNE has clear and concrete policies that will put Macedonia onto the right path. VMRO-DPMNE, the party added, will pledge for Macedonia to join the EU as soon as possible.
