Day of Macedonian Revolutionary Struggle Celebrated Under Special Conditions

On Friday the country celebrated 23 October – the Day of the Macedonian Revolutionary Struggle, which has been declared a national holiday and a non-working day for all citizens. This year, due to the pandemic, the celebration will be held by observing the protocols for prevention and protection from the coronavirus, i.e. by wearing protective masks and maintaining an appropriate distance. Several functionaries and politicians congratulated the holiday to the Macedonian people, among which President Stevo Pendarovski, PM Zoran Zaev, PS Talat Xhaferi, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski and others.
