On Wednesday, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev received the UNDP Resident Representative, Narine Sahakyan. The current and future activities of UNDP were discussed at the meeting, focusing on the main challenges of local development and the Project “Municipal Capacity Building for Project Implementation”, implemented by UNDP in order to finance the preparation of technical documentation in areas such as hydrotechnical projects, systems for gas distribution, public facilities, business, industrial and other infrastructure project. The support and cooperation of UNDP in the preparation of the National Strategy for Development of the country was discussed and emphasized, and it was concluded that the commitment and implementation of the document “Framework for Cooperation for Sustainable Development of the United Nations” continues.
