Xhaferi Will Schedule Debate on Spasovski’s No-Confidence Motion

According to the Speaker of the Legislature, the work of the MPs is “not seen” due to the situations that are happening around the Parliament, and as an example he pointed to, as he said, a series of public hearings that took place in conditions of pandemic. The no-confidence motion for Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski, which is on the agenda of Thursday’s 39^th session, will be held at a later date, as announced by Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi, who adds that he will harmonize the date with the applicants, MPs from the Alliance for Albanians and Alternative, and with Minister Spasovski. Xhaferi, regarding the no-confidence motion submitted by VMRO-DPMNE for Deputy Prime Minister Ljupco Nikolovski and Minister of Justice Bojan Maricic, reiterated that they are past the deadline, because the opposition party demanded that they be removed from the agenda of the 36^th session and if they believe them to be necessary now, they need to resubmit them.
