Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bujar Osmani, and the Minister of Interior, Oliver Spasovski, in the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly promoted the base and mobile stations for preparation and delivery of passports to citizens living and working abroad. Finally, the decade-long problem that the diaspora has faced is overcome with the installation of these base stations in the Embassies of the Republic of Macedonia and the service for issuing passports for this category of citizens is facilitated and shortened. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has formed five teams, composed of employees in the ministry, which will perform training and installation of base and mobile stations in the embassies and consulates of Macedonia, which are mapped as having the largest population and the greatest needs for these services. Base stations will be installed in Munich, Bonn, Berlin, Brussels, Bern, Vienna, Ljubljana, Venice, London, Stockholm, New York, Chicago, Toronto and Melbourne. The installation of the base and mobile stations is planned to be completed by the end of October.
