VMRO-DPMNE and the Alliance for Albanians and Alternative coalition have formalized cooperation for the upcoming local elections. At the party leaders meeting, Hristijan Mickoski and Zijadin Sela and Afrim Gashi and the Secretary General of AA, Arben Taravari, the details of the joint performance at the elections in October were agreed, confirmed for Kanal 5 from VMRO-DPMNE and the Alliance for Albanians. The announcements for the cooperation were that the Albanian opposition parties will support the candidate of VMRO-DPMNE for the city of Skopje. And the cooperation will include mutual support in other municipalities across the country.
