SDSM leader Dimitar Kovacevski was given the mandate to form a new government by President Stevo Pendarovski. “As of today, I am starting to form a new team of people who need to respond to the serious challenges that await us from the beginning of the new year,” Kovacevski announced. Emphasizing that the country lives in turbulent times of crisis and uncertainty, he said that it needs stable, responsible and brave people in politics. According to the Prime Minister designate, the new government will have a clear goal to ensure security, a better life and a bright future for the citizens. “That requires efficient, honest and responsible governance, which will be the decision of the team I will put together. My personal commitment is to restore the citizens’ trust in politics and institutions,” Kovacevski said.
