Kovacevski Holds Several Meetings During London Investment Summit

As part of the working agenda for participation in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Investment Summit in London, Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovacevski, met with EU Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy Oliver Varhelyi. Prime Minister Kovacevski and Commissioner Varhelyi agreed that conditions have been created to speed up the process of finding solutions between Skopje and Sofia. North Macedonia’s European integration must not be delayed for another day and therefore it is necessary to use the French presidency and the favourable environment that currently exists to find solutions, said both interlocutors. It was emphasized at the meeting that the Western Balkans is a European region and that the integration of the countries in this region implies their membership in the European Union. At the same time, in London, Prime Minister Kovacevski also held meetings with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zoran Tegeltija, Prime Minister of the Republic of Montenegro, Zdravko Krivokapic, Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.
