Reactions to Constitutional Changes Issue Continue

Commenting on the issue of constitutional changes and whether they will enter procedure in Parliament if there is no two-thirds majority, Speaker Talat Xhaferi says the obligations taken are not of the majority and Parliament. They are obligations the country has taken on the path to open EU negotiations and join NATO, he explains in an interview with Radio Free Europe. According to First Deputy PM Artan Grubi, the changes must be made, while they will benefit the Macedonian community the most because there will be decoupling of the Macedonian and Bulgarian people.
