The good-neighbourliness deal will not be directly part of the referendum initiative of Levica. However, the referendum question will concern the Bulgarian requirements, the leader of the party, Dimitar Apasiev told Sitel TV on Monday. According to him, the question, which the party should determine on Wednesday, will not be against EU membership of the country. The legal grounds for the question will be looked for in the conclusions adopted by Parliament for the negotiating framework with Brussels. Levica explains that the initiative for the initial 100 signatures will be filed before the State Election Commission on Friday and hopes it will enter Parliament on Monday.
