PM Kovacevski Continues Activities in New York

In the frames of his visit to New York, PM Dimitar Kovacevski delivered an address at the Transforming Education Summit. As he said, in times of a world economic and energy crisis, North Macedonia’s priority will be to heat classrooms and homes in the winter. According to Kovacevski, the energy crisis facing North Macedonia, Europe and the world represents a serious threat to the education process. As the PM added in that regard, for the long-term goals to be achieved, what first must be done is ensuring that there will be enough resources to provide basic conditions for life and work. Also, the PM, who heads North Macedonia’s delegation, attended the opening of the 77th General Assembly of the UN. The general debate was opened by the UN’s Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres.
