Pendikov Case: Prosecutor’s Office to Check whether Procedure Was Violated

North Macedonia’s Foreign and Health Ministries are without answers about which institutions allowed Hristijan Pendikov, the beaten-up Secretary of the Tsar Boris III Bulgarian club in Ohrid, to be transported to Sofia and on which grounds. Considering Pendikov was charged in a cocaine case one month ago, it’s a question whether he was allowed to leave the country at all. The Public Prosecutor’s Office will be checking on Monday whether there was a violation of the procedure. Appropriate Measures, according to the Office, have been taken.
