Spasovski: False Reports About Bombs Come from Addresses in Iran and Russia

“Fake reports about bombs in schools have been arriving from addresses in Russia and Iran these days,” said the Minister of the Interior, Oliver Spasovski. He said that the investigation of the informers is complicated by the fact that they use virtual connections and paid for the services with crypto-currencies. According to the forensics at the Ministry of the Interior, the reports go through VPN addresses. As Spasovski explained, the Ministry also has information about reports of bombs from the territory of North Macedonia, and the public will be informed when the time comes for that. Spasovski reminded that there are new instructions, measures and plans that are being undertaken for such cyber threats.
