MoFA: There Were No Indications of Possible Attack on Osmani

Moldovan media informs that an assassination attempt on the Macedonian Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani was avoided during his visit to Moldova in the capacity of chairman of the OSCE. Osmani, as stated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, had full confidence in the security services of Moldova and in the authorities there, who guaranteed his safety and the safety of the delegation. “We were not informed, nor were there any indications of any threats or possible attack on the OSCE delegation, nor on the Chairman of the Organization, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bujar Osmani, during his visit to Moldova,” commented from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the information appeared in the public about a possible attack on the OSCE delegation during the visit to Moldova, led by the head of the Macedonian diplomacy.
