DUI Ministers with Resignations that’ll Enter into Force when VMRO-DPMNE Supports Constitutional Changes

Ministers who are part of DUI have filed resignations that will enter into force when the opposition votes in favour of constitutional changes, ministers from Ali Ahmeti’s party told Telma TV on Sunday. “We, Ministers and Government officials from the ranks of DUI are resigning. The resignations, Mr PM, will enter into force once the opposition votes through the constitutional changes,” they say in a letter to PM Dimitar Kovacevski. In response, VMRO-DPMNE called on DUI to make the resignations irrevocable, urging also early elections. According to SDSM, all conditions of the opposition have been fulfilled and it is now up to VMRO-DPMNE whether the integration process will continue or there will be “isolation”.
