The Bulgarian government has officially approved the conclusion of the Macedonian-Bulgarian Commission for Historical and Educational Issues for mutual observation of several holidays and jubilees, in accordance with the Good-neighbourliness Agreement the two countries signed in 2017. The conclusion was previously also approved by the Macedonian government during its session on Tuesday. Macedonia and Bulgaria will mutually observe the holidays dedicated to Ss. In meantime, from the Macedonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs they inform that there are ongoing consultations with the office of the PM Zoran Zaev, who announced that the government will address a protest note to the Bulgarian PM Boyko Borissov, because during his meeting with Macedonian President Stevo Pendarovski in Sarajevo few days ago, he called him “the North Macedonian (Severnomakedonski)” President.
