Commission Against Discrimination: Gruevski’s Right to Fair Trial Violated

Judge Dobrila Kacarska has violated Nikola Gruevski’s right to a fair trial, the Commission for Protection against Discrimination decided on Monday, in response to the former PM’s complaint.
