BESA with Details about Kurti Meeting in Pristina

The meeting European Alliance for Changes leaders Bilall Kasami (BESA), Afrim Gashi (Alternative), and Izet Mexhiti (Democratic Movement), Alliance for Albanians leader Arben Taravari, and Bekim Qoku, who’s Kosovan PM Albin Kurti’s North Macedonia Adviser, held in Pristina with Kurti and Kosovan Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca focused on political developments in both countries, new opportunities for cooperation aiming at advancement of the position of ethnic Albanians in North Macedonia, and the EU perspective of Skopje and Pristina, Kasami’s party said in a press-release on Wednesday.

At the meeting, all leaders pointed also to the idea of a President from the ethnic Albanian community, the party added.

There was a discussion also on many other topics preoccupying ethnic Albanians in the entire Western Balkans, including North Macedonia, according to BESA, which added that such meetings would continue, considering they were very fruitful for both countries.
