The trial over the Titanic case continued on Friday. In one of the played conversations, the ex-Minister of Internal Affairs, Gordana Jankuloska, and the former Cabinet Chief of ex-PM Nikola Gruevski, Martin Protugjer, talk about checking information about former President Branko Crvenkovski’s wife in Korcula, Croatia. In the conversations, Jankuloska confirms to Protugjer that she received confirmation from Belgrade that Crvenkovski’s wife had an ID showing that address, adding nonetheless that she can’t get written confirmation. The trial also saw conversations played between former Finance Minister Gordana Jankuloska and the ex-Minister of Transport and Communications, Mile Janakieski, regarding payment of subsidies and a lack of advertising material in Prilep Negotino. The defence once again said it doubted the conversations’ authenticity.
