PM Zaev not to ask Raskovski to resign as Government Sec Gen

PM Zoran Zaev will not ask Dragi Raskovski to resign as Government Sec Gen because he doesn’t consider that his behaviour at Tuesday’s press-conference was arrogant. According to Zaev, Raskovski apologised, while media cannot tear anybody apart. The Government will not sue any media, while persons, if they feel offended, can file lawsuits. Regarding the words Raskovski used in the audio about the Italian people, Zaev said on Wednesday he would write a letter to Leonardo, apologising on behalf of the Government. The PM will do the same towards the Roma community in Macedonia. Wednesday also saw VMRO-DPMNE and SDSM continue to trade accusations over the M-NAV case, that is, Hristijan Mickoski’s party once again urged Raskovski to resign, whereas the ruling party reiterated its stand that “VMRO-DPMNE is using fake news”.
