Skopje Mayor Danela Arsovska revealed in an interview for Kanal 5 TV that she was receiving direct threats from VMRO-DPMNE Leader Hristijan Mickoski. “He was addressing me, personally, when in one occasion he told me that ‘the very moment when I become PM, we shall drag you through the streets and will wipe the floor with you.’ No human being on earth should be exposed to such threats and pressures. How can we allow such a person to assume an official position in the country in future? However, I am resolved to not back down before him or before anyone else for that matter,” Arsovska said. From VMRO-DPMNE they called upon Arsovska to prove the claims about the alleged threats against her.
