A charge has been filed against three persons in the Empire case, Pelisterka owner Cvetin Pandeleski, businessperson Zoranco Mitrevski, and broker Jovance Taskovski. The three are charged with abuse of official position and authorisation and money lauundering and other income from crimes. Two of them, that is, Pandeleski and Taskovski are also charged with fraud. A proposal has been filed for assets of the three charged persons worth around 4.7 million euros to be confiscated as well. Businessperson Orce Kamcev and ex-secret police chief Saso Mijalkov were suspects in the case as well.
