The insight over the Kumanovo Basic Court fire has been postponed for Thursday. It’s still not safe to enter the building. A prosecutor from Kumanovo, teams from the city’s Internal Affairs Sector, and experts will be among those that will be investigating.
While the public is waiting for the insight’s results, the Ministry of Justice said on Wednesday that the Court had been told sooner, too, that the cases weren’t properly archived.
However, despite that, no action was taken. Additionally, the Ministry revealed that there isn’t continued archiving of cases in the case, a problem that has existed for decades. The same day, the head of the Court, Snezana Manev, denied the Ministry’s accusations, made the previous day, over abuse of the automated court case management system.
