At a press-conference in Tetovo on Tuesday, representatives of Alternative from all branches and Central Board members expressed, as they said, dissatisfaction and remarks about the failure of leadership when it comes to fulfilment of the party’s tasks from the last congress.
According to the group, though there’s been turbulence within the party for 18 months, that hasn’t affected leadership.
“Imposing acts of naming within structures, employing policies depending on the mood of the day, the political anger towards everyone thinking differently is unfortunately making the Secretary General unworthy of his position,” the head of the Tetovo branch, Dritan Bexheti, said on behalf of those at the press-conference. According to him, it’s not time for cooperation with other parties because there is a need for Alternative to be a stronger party.
