VMRO-DPMNE Criticises SDSM and Trencevska over Vladimir Filev Case

VMRO-DPMNE has asked why the Government has decided to reappoint Aleksandar Filev as head of the Radovis Intermunicipal Social Works Centre considering that he was dismissed for drug trafficking and, several days after that, attacked police officers while under the influence of alcohol.

At a press-conference on Wednesday, Spokesperson Naum Stoilkovski asked what Filev’s “true role” in the election process was.

Filev, the VMRO-DPMNE Spokesperson noted, is a prominent SDSM member who is close to additional Deputy Labour and Social Policy Minister Jovanka Trencevska, who’s behind his appointment as the head.

In that regard, he said Trencevska, a co-carrier of the SDSM MP candidate list in Electoral District 4, should be ashamed of asking for votes from citizens. Stoilkovski also asked: “Does Trencevska need Filev to do work for her for the election process where she is a candidate? Has Filev been reinstated because Trencevska needs him for election bribery?”
