On Tuesday, President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova met Germany’s Special Representative for the Western Balkans, Manuel Sarrazin.
The Skopje-Berlin relations were discussed, as was North Macedonia’s EU path and the current state of affairs in the Western Balkans with regards to the integration road.
“The President welcomed the intensive political dialogue with Germany, as one of our closest allies and partners. She expressed full readiness for further successful cooperation in all areas of common interest,” the Cabinet said.
Siljanovska Davkova highlighted, the Cabinet added, the expectations of citizens that the EU integration process will be evaluated justly, on the basis of the Copenhagen criteria.
