On Thursday, the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) said it didn’t have the competence to check the validity of the Agency for National Security Director Bojan Hristovski’s TOEFL certificate.
It also denied SDSM’s accusations that its member Cveta Ristovska, who had worked on the Hristovski case, was a member of the teaching staff of Skopje University (also known as Tourism and Management University).
“We want to indicate that her cooperation with the University was at a guest lecturer level, never for financial compensation or other type of contractual cooperation. Hence, we consider there is no conflict of interest whatsoever”, the SCPC pointed out.
