DUI Files No-confidence Motion against Constitutional Court President

DUI has filed a no-confidence motion against Constitutional Court President Darko Kostadinovski.

As the party explained on Wednesday, the goal is not to exert pressure, but rather to show that he consciously manipulates when it comes to the Law on Use of Languages, which is in force. According to DUI, Kostadinovski has prejudice when it comes to Albanian and made insulting statements.

On the other hand, the Court’s head said again he adhered to his stand on not commenting on political statements and actions.

However, the Court reiterated its stand on the no-confidence motion issue, that is, it stated that a judge of its could be dismissed by neither the executive power nor the legislative one, according to the Constitution.
