On Monday, Parliament, with 65 votes in favour and 15 against, elected Azir Aliu and Albrim Hoxha as Health Minister and Deputy Agriculture Minister, respectively.
“At a time when people in some countries get a diagnosis with one click of a button, we still run from one counter to another. It’s time for that to change, in this process, Aliu will have strong support from me as the PM. However, he will also have strong personal accountability. There are big expectations from him, with time not being an ally of ours”, Hristijan Mickoski said during the debate.
The ruling majority supported Aliu, whereas SDSM leveled criticism.
