VMRO-DPMNE has refuted SDSM’s accusations over the use of pyrotechnics at Sunday’s conference of the ruling party’s Union of Youth Forces.
“Instead of responding to the messages sent from the annual conference, SDS[M] has focused on the flares. Though it itself says that according to the Law, Article 31, it itself refers to, the ban on use concerns indoors, whereas this gathering was outdoors.
Moreover, in its speculations, SDS[M] tries to hide also that flares belong in the group of pyrotechnics from Category 3, which can be sold freely and which don’t create an obligation of a seller to notify a relevant organ, that is, the Firearms Section”, VMRO-DPMNE stated in Monday’s press-release.
