Levica has filed a no-confidence motion against Prosecutor-General Ljupco Kocevski.
As MP Sasko Jancev said at a press-conference on Thursday, there’s been a selective investigation into the Kocani fire, political influence in the work of the Prosecutor’s Office, the functionality chaos within the Skopje Higher Office, and failure to act, ex officio, in the cases concerning the “illegal buildings of the urban mafia in Skopje”.
As he explained, the buildings item of the motion concerns Cair Municipality and Mayor Visar Ganiu, while the Higher Office is related to the disciplinary action against Prosecutors Mustafa Hajrullahi and Jovan Cvetanovski.
