In the frames of her visit to Skopje, on Tuesday, EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos met also SDSM leader Venko Filipce.
After the meeting, the latter called for international consensus of all political actors with regards to the EU path. Also, he added that he regretted that in the past year, the country had stagnated on the path and that he asked for support from the Commissioner.
“It depends the most on internal consensus because that’s a matter over which not only political parties, though it’s about them primarily, but also the whole of society unites. I call for us to sit down to exactly define what the way in which all political actors will cooperate in order for the country to move forward is”, Filipce emphasised.
