On Tuesday, the Kocani Basic Court sent all documents related to the Kocani fire case to the Skopje Criminal Court, which received them.
That has followed both the filing of the charge and the Supreme Court’s decision for the process to be held at the Criminal Court in Skopje considering the Stip and Strumica Courts don’t have staff and technical potential, that is, there is a lack of criminal law judges at those two institutions.
According to the Supreme Court, the decision for the legal process to be held in the Skopje Court, is a result of the complexity of the case concerning the nightclub fire, as well as of the number of defendants and injured parties.
