“Macedonia is a safer country when compared to before and two years ago”, Interior Minister Pance Toskovski said on Wednesday.
According to him, the 11 July Batinci murder of Agim Muaremi has been solved, while police are looking for the suspected killer, Musa Xhavit. Toskovski stated that the 12 July Prilep double murder-suicide, too, had been solved.
The Minister disagrees with SDSM’s accusations over safety in the country. Regarding arson cases, 20 persons have so far been arrested. Toskovski stated that there was direct evidence that the arson acts had been committed and that there was also proper evidence related to an organised structure.
