Rade Trajkovski Trial again Postponed

At Thursday’s hearing, the attorney for defendant Rade Trajkovski (aka Stekli) said his client had hallucinations and wasn’t mentally fit to attend the trial over the process in which he was charged. In the process, Trajkovski and nine others are charged with trafficking in narcotics.

Before Thursday’s hearing was postponed, it had been said that prosecutors and the defence would need to confront experts’ opinions to determine whether Trajkovski had a psychological disorder.

At the next hearing, the Judge, Ilija Trpkov, will decide whether Trajkovski is fit to attend hearings. At the previous hearing, Trajkovski hadn’t even shown up because he’d been transferred to the Clinical Centre for health problems. Thursday’s hearing saw four defendants plead guilty.
