Zelen Human Grad (Green Humane City), which is collecting signatures to form a party to participate in elections, has fiercely critcised the stand presented by the State Election Commission (SEC) that everyone can elect and be elected.
Gorjan Jovanovski of the organisation has told Telma that the stand is an attempt by institutions to create a new maze to prevent civil society activists from participating in the elections.
He stresses that only Parliament can carry out the interpretation process regarding the law, adding that that cannot be done arbitrarily, at the last minute.
