Bitola-based Super Driver Centre Issued 30-day Ban on Operations

Just three months after it got the licence, the Bitola-based Super Vozac (Super Driver) traffic exam centre has been issued a 30-day ban on operations by the Interior Ministry for not meeting required conditions. That means that from 12 August to 13 September, candidates will not be able to continue the process to obtain a driving licence.

Driving schools have said the drop in interest candidates will result in serious financial problems. Candidates themselves have levelled criticism, too, saying that by 13 September, the validity of both medical certificates and passed tests will have expired.

According to the Interior Ministry, in the period until 13 September, the centre is required to overcome shortcomings. During its supervision, the institution explains, incomplete documentation on required expert staff and vehicles required for the practical part of the driving exam was presented.

Also, there was improper keeping of records according to Article 42 of the Rulebook on driving exam methods.

From December 2024 to June 2025, Bitola had been without a traffic exam centre. Super Driver, registered a year ago, got the licence to operate three months ago.

However, now, the question is about how the company won the competition considering the Ministry’s now determined it doesn’t meet conditions. Owner Filip Mitreski hasn’t answered Telma’s calls and replied to the TV station’s questions.

Commenting on the matter, SDSM says that the scandal it previously warned about has been confirmed. As the party noted, Mitreski, a Kicevo Municipality Council member, is the owner through another company, Street Ride.
