PM Hristijan Mickoski confirmed during his visit to the Municipality of Brvenica that the government is working on draft-changes to the Criminal Code of North Macedonia.
“The previous government of SDSM and DUI adopted changes to the Article 353 of the Criminal Code, which provided them amnesty for their crimes, like when nephews of politicians were buying entire shopping centres, or certain politicians were buying expensive vehicles, or establishing factories for production of marijuana. At the moment, we have some law-change that are processed and will be proposed to the Parliament when finalise. This government is competent to change the articles that granted amnesty to SDSM and DUI”, Mickoski said.
