Mickoski and Filipce Continue to Trade Accusations during Election Campaign

At Thursday’s rally in Zrnovci, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski stated that SDSM leader Venko Filipce was telling the same lies as the former leader of the party, ex-PM Zoran Zaev, who had been promising life for all.

“I’ve heard yesterday’s statements by the SDSM leader in which he was promising a happy life. The one before him was promising life, while this man is now promising a happy life. The same lies from the same people. Another promise made by them is also the gift to our eastern neighbour. They’ve invented a gift for new national treason they’ve now packed into a document, an allegedly patriotic proposal, called a ‘Resolution with Red Lines’ for a solution with our eastern neighbour”, he stressed.

The same day, in Kocani, Mickoski stated that the Government remained a partner of municipalities.

“Around 500 million euros have been allocated to municipalities in 15 minutes”, he stressed, adding that an additional around 100 million euros would be secured for Kocani and that region.

Once again, the VMRO-DPMNE leader said voters had two options in the elections, that is, the coalition led by his party that represented work and progress of the country, as opposed to the SDSM-DUI-Levica one.

On the other hand, at an event in Kisela Voda, the same day, Filipce said citizens were losing their future due to VMRO-DPMNE’s lies, manipulations, and spending of money on itself. According to him, the cabinet has done nothing since the start of its term for progress of the country.

Filipce visited Kumanovo as well, where he announced that his party had plans to reconstruct the green market. He also accused the current Mayor, ZNAM’s Maksim Dimitrievski, who is running for another term, of planning to sell the green market.
