Institutions of the Finance Ministry have started IPARD controls, while additional control mechanisms will be introduced to strengthen the process, Agriculture Minister Tripunovski said.
As he added, Daniela Lazarova Irotova is the new Director of the Payment Agency, succeeding the dismissed Ilija Stoilev.
Tripunovski pointed out that she would move processes in a normal course in order to prevent panic or concern among farmers. Lazarova Irotova is a former State Advisor at the Ministry of Agriculture.
