At a joint press conference with Sweden’s EU Affairs Minister, Jessica Rosencrantz, European Affairs Minister Murtezani said the constitutional changes were an assumed obligation and that there had to surely be work on that.
Basically, that means he confirmed U.S. Ambassador Aggeler’s stand that she is 100% certain there was work on the constitutional changes process, 21 TV said in the report.
According to unofficial information, there is work on preparing a third protocol to overcome the Bulgaria dispute. Regarding that, President Siljanovska Davkova stated recently that in it, guarantees would be sought that the country would not again be held hostage by bilateral disputes on the EU path.
Murtezani explained that first and foremost, efforts would be being invested to warm relations, while talks on a third protocol would come after that. The Swedish Minister, too, described the constitutional changes as key on the EU path.
