Constitutional Court Judge Dobrila Kacarska stated for Telma that PM Hristijan Mickoski is very probably provided with false information concerning the initiatives over the model for linear increase of pensions.
“The European Court on Human Rights has stated on several occasions that pensions are treated as property in accordance with the European Convention, and this principle cannot be ignored”, Kacarska said.
PM Mickoski reacted to Kacarska’s statements, asking her if the latest linear increase is concluded to be anti-Constitutional, would that decision also bring into question other linear increases implemented in the past years.
