SDSM has filed the initiative before the Constitutional Court concerning the Resolution on migration, passed by Parliament following a proposal from the ruling majority. The opposition party believes that the document is unconstitutional because it endangers human fundamental rights.
Commenting on the matter, PM Mickoski, however, stated that though he was leaving room for the Court to make a decision, he regretted that SDSM hadn’t attended the session of Parliament because had it done so, everyone would have put themselves under the obligation that they wouldn’t allow migrants’ camps to be built and any type of migrants or asylum seekers to be admitted.
