Judicial Council President Kambovski said on Tuesday that his institution had already conducted control activities regarding part of cases in which charged Skopje Appellate Court Judge Gjoko Ristov had acted.
However, since the checks are still underway, he wasn’t able to present information as to whether some oversight was detected or not. It’s about six to seven cases, Kambovski explained.
The Council President expects the work of the commission checking them to be completed this week. As Kambovski added, the Council will check the entire work of the Appellate Court.
